Empowering Local Farmers
Avolio is dedicated to empowering small-scale Ugandan farmers through ethical sourcing and fair trade. Our close partnerships ensure continuous training, support, and access to high-yield Hass seeds at a subsidized price. By providing the right tools and fair compensation, we ensure farmers' sustainable livelihoods and maximize avocado quality.
Avolio was built on empowering local farmers in Uganda and ethically sourcing all our avocados. Our team works closely with local growers to consistently improve crop quality and equip them with the skills they need to achieve high yield and productivity.
We ensure the farmers in our network are compensated fairly for their avocados. We also subsidize the cost of Hass seeds for low-income farmers so that they can afford to grow avocado and sell it back to us for a price that reflects their hard work and importance to Avolio.

As demand for our bulk crude and edible avocado oil continues to grow, Avolio actively welcomes new partnerships with Ugandan farmers. Our high-capacity production line can process over 3,000 liters of oil daily, ensuring we meet the needs of global buyers.

Sustainability is embedded in every step of Avolio's production. Overripe avocados are repurposed for crude oil, seeds are used for charcoal, and paste becomes compost for eco-friendly farming. Through innovative waste reduction, Avolio ensures minimal environmental impact while maximizing output efficiency.

Avolio's impact extends beyond avocado oil production. By providing low-income farmers with subsidized Hass seedlings, we enable them to grow profitable crops. Our integration of farmers into our supply chain promotes self-sufficiency, job creation, and economic empowerment for hundreds of Ugandan citizens.
